1. Description of Service
IMG-WIZARD (hereinafter "the Platform") provides AI-powered image generation services utilizing advanced algorithmic engines.
2. User Accounts
A valid email address is required to access our services. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account and for maintaining account security.
3. AI Output Disclaimer
AI outputs are generated automatically by algorithms. IMG-WIZARD does not guarantee any specific artistic results, visual quality, or that the output will meet your individual aesthetic expectations.
Important: AI generation is stochastic, and results may vary each time.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed through third-party platforms such as Creem.
Manual Cancellation: You may manually cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Credits: AI credits are virtual consumables and are considered "used" once an image generation task is initiated.
5. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with our service or require a refund, please contact us at mars.apob@gmail.com. We will process your request within 3 working days.
6. Content Ownership and License
Paid subscribers own the images they generate on the Platform. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use generated content for platform improvement and promotional display.
